We have a newly created role, Director, Sales – National Casino’s and Resorts who will represent FIJI Water, the embodiment of Earth’s Finest Water, JUSTIN, the leading winery in Paso Robles, and Napa-based Lewis Cellars, embarking on a massive expansion in on-premise sales with Casino and Resort groups in and outside of Las Vegas.
Reporting to the Vice President, Sales - Business Development – On Premise, a dynamic Director, Sales for National Casinos and top Las Vegas Casino Accounts will work directly with clients and partner with distributors to manage top account relationships. This role will drive volume growth through new distribution, expanded product placement, marketing activations, strategic partnerships through collaboration with Top Casino and Resort operators across top accounts in Nevada and across the country for FIJI Water, JUSTIN Vineyards and Winery and Lewis Cellars.
Job Description
- Develop, manage and expand water and wine sales while increasing sales velocity within the Las Vegas and National Casino and Resort groups
- Support current high-profile accounts via relationship development, build brand presence and develop marketing and sales strategies to increase product availability and ensure long-term brand loyalty
- Partner with the marketing, sales planning, finance and operations teams to create and activate brand initiatives and promotions at key accounts
- Maintain existing and build new accounts, improving product placements throughout accounts
- Prepare and present proposals, profit planners, staff trainings and business reviews
- Conduct monthly meetings with Operations Managers, Pricing Coordinators and Sales Managers to create and implement volume goal strategies, identify new and lost placements, create incentives and focus program periods
- Collaborate, train and motivate distributor sales personnel on water and wine portfolios
- Manage revenue and budget spend to include field marketing costs (i.e. marketing activation, strategic partnerships) and special events
- Forecast water and wine shipments for regional distributors and direct accounts
- Prioritize time spent in the field to build customer relationships
- Ensure distributor partners adhere to brand standards
- Partner with the Marketing teams to execute high-impact consumer activations that drive brand awareness and sales.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of sales experience in the beverage or premium consumer goods industry with a strong focus in on-premise accounts in Las Vegas
- Proven account relationships and a strong track record of driving sales and building strategic partnerships in casinos, resorts, hotels, or other high-end hospitality environments primarily in Nevada
- Strong distributor and account partner management experience, including contract negotiation and performance oversight
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Innovative skill to analyze data and market trends to drive informed business decisions
- Advanced capabilities within MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook to ensure capability in creating selling stories and tracking results
- Strong oral presentation and written abilities
- Focus on in-person account management and ability to travel up to 30% of the time outside of the Vegas market
