PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify enhancement opportunities within the People and Culture function related to processes, systems, and lead the design and implementation of solutions
  • Execute project management tasks for key initiatives, including overall planning, identifying key stakeholders and business requirements, determining resource needs, managing communication, status reporting, and documentation across various HR-related projects, such as Workday enhancements
  • At a strategic level, propose innovative product direction solutions by leveraging data, customer insights, intuition, and experience.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations to implement the product strategy. Educate requestors to prioritize based on tangible benefits and user experience.
  • Collaborate with IT to engage in continuous product discovery, monitor third-party research, and stay updated on the competitive landscape.
  • Establish a regular cadence for communications for stakeholders and executives to enable transparency.
  • Act as the escalation point and coordinator for resolving highly complex, urgent, and non-routine product or solution issues.
  • Contributes to and champions PulteGroup Project Management best practices, methods, standards, and processes.
  • Delivers well integrated enterprise-wide solutions that meet present and future business needs.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or related field
  • HR certifications preferred (e.g. SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Related Functional Experience: Minimum 7-10 years’ progressive HR experience
  • Experience leading large-scale HR implementations over multiple states
  • Demonstrated ability to identify business needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead projects to timely completion without direct management or oversight
  • Clear understanding of best-in-class business processes as it relates to HRIS platforms (Workday)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in identifying goals, metrics and analytics to measure product value
  • Proven ability to influence decision-making across various contexts
  • Experience operating as a product manager or product owner
  • Experience in driving innovation and influencing teams with a strong focus on the end user
  • Experience building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
