Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent.

The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for setting up new communities, plans, and vendors in purchasing systems, inputting budget information, reviewing contracts, managing plan budgets, tracking insurance compliance, administering utility programs, and generating reports. Minimum education requirement is a High School diploma or equivalent. Required experience includes 1 year in contract administration or related construction office experience, proficiency in Microsoft programs, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Design roof and floor trusses, wall panels, and placement layouts for construction projects. Provide technical expertise and support in a remote work environment. Requires 2 years of framing experience or a related Bachelor's degree.

Responsible for overseeing efficient closing/settlement processes, developing customer relationships, managing branch budgets, and staff. Ensures quality customer service, adherence to budgets, and compliance with regulations. Acts as liaison in title and settlement process. Requires 3-5 years of Escrow Operations Experience, supervision experience, and knowledge of RESPA, underwriting guidelines, and title regulations.

Responsible for field and vendor schedule adherence and all scheduling/rescheduling tasks of the division in support of resource planning activities. Monitors schedules, communicates delays, resolves schedule problems, and maintains scheduling systems. Manages permits, orders plot plans, and participates in field audits to ensure quality delivery.

Responsible for providing administrative assistance to Senior Sales Manager and Sales Manager(s). Daily tasks include conducting interviews, resolving buyer inquiries, managing part-time hosts, coordinating with the marketing team, and managing community leads. Must have strong communication skills and knowledge of sales organization. Minimum education requirement is a High School Diploma.

The Paralegal will work with inside and outside lawyers and paralegals, title companies, homeowners' associations, and operating division and corporate level personnel to help PulteGroup’s homebuilding divisions acquire and develop land and build and sell homes. This position will act as a liaison between PulteGroup’s Area General Counsel and various company personnel in order to resolve issues associated with daily business operations. Responsibilities include preparing land acquisition contracts, contract summaries, reviewing title commitments, assisting in real estate closings, maintaining legal department reports, and handling other legal matters in support of land development and homebuilding business.

The Senior Financial Accountant will oversee responsibilities within the General Ledger, Financial Accounting & Reporting, and Accounts Payable areas. Responsibilities include preparing general ledger journal entries, financial reporting, coordination with other departments, and collaborating with auditors.

The Product Owner maximizes the business value their products create by articulating the what and why of the product, translating user needs into features, and managing the agile team backlog. They collaborate with various teams to deliver quality solutions to customers and employees.
