Our eB2B Platforms team is focused on empowering our customers through innovative digital solutions that simplify their operations and fuel growth. As a member of the eB2B Platforms leadership team, you’ll be at the heart of shaping our data strategy, ensuring that data-driven insights are embedded in every aspect of our business. You’ll work alongside cross-functional teams – from product & technology to customer & commercial teams – collaborating to deliver impactful results and drive the business forward.
What you’ll do for us:

Lead analytics strategy: Own and develop comprehensive eB2B data & analytics strategy, ensuring it supports growth objectives, aligns with business priorities & drives measurable impact across the organization

Business performance reporting & insights: Oversee business performance reporting, providing actionable insights that inform decision-making and optimize performance across segments and business units

Data-driven problem solving: Lead complex, data-driven problem-solving initiatives, transforming business challenges into clear, actionable recommendations

Proprietary research & market insights: Conduct proprietary research and market analysis to inform strategic decisions, uncover new opportunities, and support the development of customer-centric products and services

Stakeholder collaboration & influence: Partner with internal & external cross-functional teams, including product & technology, commercial & customer, and bottler & franchise, to align business & data strategies and ensure data-driven decisions are embedded throughout the enterprise

Experience & skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field

8+ years in analytics or business intelligence leadership

Highly proficient in data manipulation & analysis, leveraging tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Google Analytics, etc. to derive insights

Extensive experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create executive-level dashboards and reports that communicate strategic insights effectively

Pay Range:
$164,000 - $193,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
