This Cordant Solutions Digital Sales role will be accountable for strategy development, sales, and activation of mapped customer accounts. This is to support the Cordant Solutions Digital growth strategy.

As a Sales Leader, you are task to sell solutions that shapes the digital transformation of the industrial world. Including our platform with associated applications related to Energy and Manufacturing.
 

You will engage with key leadership and site person at a customer’s enterprise organization level explaining how Cordant Solution’s technology does what it does, why Cordant Solutions software suite is the best option through a solution/outcome/SaaS model. You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting full-form customer discovery workshops for assigned key accounts to uncover enterprise opportunities and to establish an enterprise-wide software plan.

  • Utilizing Enterprise and Core Solution Architects and Technical Account Managers to work on ACM, asset strategy and reliability solution assessment surveys.

  • Leveraging collaborative use case workshop models during discovery and qualification to achieve maximum alignment of portfolio offer with customer pain points.

  • Discovering, enabling, and demonstrating value for enterprise SW deployments and additional SW product adders.

  • Assisting regional sales and leaders with developing and executing strategies using techno-strategic levers that speak to market desired outcomes and trends.

  • Partnering with leaders across the organization to develop growth strategies across product offerings with complex and enterprise customers.

  • Developing enterprise level relationship with CxO’s, VPs and drive strategic partnership, MoU and frame agreements with key accounts.

  • Owns the sales quota and drive market leading growth on assigned accounts and create innovative winning strategies.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor in a related discipline or demonstrate equivalent, professional experience in Enterprise/Digital/Software Sales.

  • Show impressive experience in a Sales Leader/Sales Head role with customers in Oil & Gas, Power and other related industrials.

  • Have commercial skills to relate to different level of stakeholders from site to HQ level.

  • Have Knowledge of critical rotating equipment and system architecture.

  • Have experience of selling Enterprise Software Solution or Software as a Service (SaaS).

  • Have business acumen to structure unique enterprise deals to match different key account needs.

  • Be able to apply strategic selling skills and communicate ROI to key decision makers.

  • Have good communication skills in English and Korean.
