Account Manager - Power Supply Solutions

We are looking for an experienced and motivated account manager to join our sales team and grow our business in the power supply systems market in Korea.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and identifying new customers and opportunities while managing existing customers’ accounts.
  • Assisting our customers in resolving technical issues, support their needs and requirements with differentiated solutions.
  • Maintaining the Salesforce database; follow up and updating of project status and forecast and follow through the sales process from order to shipment.
  • Establishing good communication channels and interactions with the customers, partners and our internal engineers and sales support to deliver a positive customer experience. 
  • Improving the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and work processes.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

•  Preferably an Engineering diploma/degree

•  A proven track record in technical sales and industrial distribution

•  Good technical background especially in Electronics and Electrical Engineering

•  Strong business acumen and a keen drive to win and grow

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•  Ability to communicate in English is an added advantage
