As a Digital Optimisation Analyst, you will support the development and execution of omni-channel personalisation strategies to enhance customer experience and drive conversions. You will work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure digital marketing initiatives are optimized across all channels.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Assist in designing and executing MarTech personalisation strategies to improve user engagement and conversion across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to help create seamless customer experiences across digital campaigns and platforms.
  • Support the development and tracking of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies to align with company marketing goals.
  • Identify opportunities for improving conversion rates across website and email channels.
  • Help implement and analyse A/B and multivariate testing to optimise landing pages and key content on the website(s).
  • Assist in analysing user behaviour, website performance, and key conversion metrics to uncover insights.
  • Use data analytics tools to monitor and report on CRO performance, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Help implement and manage personalisation tools, such as Marketing Cloud Personalisation, to better understand user behaviour and support optimisations.

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in conversion rate optimisation (CRO), personalisation, or a related field, with a strong interest in developing these skills further.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data analytics.
  • Basic understanding of personalisation platforms like Marketing Cloud Personalisation or Dynamic Yield (or willingness to learn).
  • Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to measure and report on website performance.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for enhancing user experience and contributing to business success.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
