Radiance Technologies is looking for a self-driven, resourceful, and creative Digital Media Specialist. Our ideal candidate will be a team player who demonstrates unbridled creativity and strong skills in photography, and video filming and editing.

Required Experience:
- Associates degree
- Active Secret security clearance.
Required Skills:
- Shoots and edits photos
- Prepares graphics, short-form videos and captions
- Proficient in photography techniques, including lighting, technical settings, and composition.
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple efforts and complete work within deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Proficiency using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and/or other photo editing software.
- Extensive knowledge of DSLR cameras.
- Experience creating media content
- Process improvement for improving overall product/project
