Job Summary
The Marketing Project Trafficker is responsible for managing the workflow and coordination of marketing projects from inception to completion. This role ensures that marketing projects are delivered on time, within scope and meet the desired quality standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What You'll Do:
Project Coordination:
- Manage the workflow of marketing projects, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed on time.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., creative marketing, product, video production) and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Track the progress of projects and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Traffic Management:
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
- Ensure all marketing materials are reviewed, approved and delivered according to deadlines.
- Monitor the status of ongoing projects and identify potential bottlenecks.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Organize project meetings to discuss progress, address issues and plan next steps.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders.
- Track project metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Resource Management:
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure project demands are met.
- Identify and address any resource constraints or gaps.
- Work with team leads to manage workload and prioritize tasks.
What We Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project management, traffic management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
