Job Description

The digital marking specialist will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing and PR communication programs designed to increase brand awareness and influence topline revenue goals. The individual will also lead the development of content and creativity for marketing projects, including web, digital marketing, advertising, collateral, customer presentations, and video assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the internal team to support the development of brand and portfolio positioning and ensure ongoing brand awareness and consistency in all creative materials.
  • Manage the content development, design, and production of all marketing materials including collateral, web content, digital marketing assets, advertising materials, customer presentations, and video content.
  • Develop and manage the execution of demand-generation programs tailored to specific market verticals.
  • Manage company website and inbound marketing strategy to drive prospect awareness and engagement.
  • Maintain online business profiles and social media presence.
  • Trade show and industry event planning, and coordination.
  • Engage and assist in the management of third-party talent such as agencies, graphic designers, editors, filmmakers, and video editors.
  • Track key performance metrics for marketing programs and demand-generation activities.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of B2B marketing communications experience that encompasses most key functions, including advertising, promotion programs, collateral development (digital, print, video) and website management.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing program management and sales support.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and inbound marketing strategies.
  • Industry experience in B2B Technology and/or Healthcare Technology.
  • Understanding of buyer personas, brand strategy, and brand standards.
  • Ability to manage outsourced agency partners and suppliers.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with Internet, Web, and software technologies related to the delivery of digital services to companies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to promote and sell ideas.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Camtasia, and/or Explaindio.
  • Digital Marketer Certifications are a plus.
  • BS/BA degree in Marketing or Communications.
