We are looking for a customer-centric specialist. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing customer journeys for headphones and wireless speakers. You will also be supporting the team in Digital Campaign planning and Paid Search to achieve our customer lifetime value sales goals.
What you will be doing

Digital Marketing

Support the team in Digital campaign planning, execution and optimization

Paid search planning and optimization

Cross CRM Task
-
Monthly review of eDM send quota / vendor’s hours. Share recommendations to optimize.

Headphones, Wireless Speakers and Cross Category CRM
-
Collaborate with marketing to brief new customer journeys or eDMs which covers
-
Working with vendor to finalize assets and journey setup
-
Provision of tracking links
-
Segmenting the audience in CDP/Marketing Automation tool
-
Optimizing the content/journeys to drive performance
-
Collaborating with countries to ensure content are adapted.

Receipt Validation
-
Bi-weekly monitoring of automated receipt validation % with branches
-
Weekly calls with receipt validation vendor on outstanding issues to be resolved

Support branches with troubleshooting receipt validation uploads / model or dealer mapping

Administrative Tasks
-
Raise PO / GR for eDMs and vendor consultancy services every quarter.

What you should have
-
Diploma or higher in business, marketing or other relevant fields
-
More than 1 year of experience in Digital marketing and CRM; preferably with experience in using marketing automation tool.

Able to learn and execute quickly.
