Your Focus

As a Marketing Associate you will be responsible for collaborating and coordinating with stakeholders across SEA to develop and run marketing projects for the Big Home Category.

How You Will Contribute

  • Generate category market intelligence (like new launch reports, market overview updates, Product portfolio update and management, etc.)
  • Update new launch entries in IFF's inhouse tool. Check entries uploaded by country teams and ensured quality inputs. Governance of entries and brand admin for the tool.
  • Aligned with Marketing Manager, independently lead and manage marketing deliverables of assigned category for specific customer projects and presentations. Present to customers as needed.
  • Assist Marketing Manager on all customer projects, workshops, or other client related activities for customers as well as for regional and global customer requests.
  • Do desk research to support customer projects using social media websites, social media listening, e-commerce channels / platforms, other internal, external marketing tools (Euromonitor, Mintel, WGSN etc.)
  • Contribute to internal team sharing sessions (new launch sharing, new trend sharing, others)
  • Work closely and collaborate well with cross-functional team members like CI, Sales, SDM, ST&I on a regular basis.
  • Be responsible for always managing the market sample inventory and upkeep of the key samples.
  • Any other work or support needed by the Marketing Manager for internal meetings or customer projects.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any other relevant discipline.
  • At least 4 years of marketing experiences, preferably from fragrances house.
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multi-functional and cultural team environment.
  • Proficiency in English communication skills. Fluency in secondary local language will be advantageous.
  • Excellent Time management and project management skills
  • Good knowledge in MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel.
