We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated individual with a strong interest in digital solutions to join our Digital Innovation Partners team within Finance Excellence DPS. This team centralizes Wind Power finance digitalization initiatives, focusing on integrating financial controlling requirements of the new business units and functions. This position offers a limited-term opportunity to support our team as a maternity cover, with the potential chance to join us full-time in the future.
How to contribute to our vision
As a Digital Innovation Partner, you will foster close collaboration and alignment with Wind Power Finance teams, focusing on the requirements of FLT members and their teams. You will strive for harmonization and simplification of financial processes while understanding individual needs. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- S4H Business Partner: Act as a linkage between the finance community and SAP experts, facilitating projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and delivering added value to the organization.
- SAP Improvement Process: Play a key role in enhancing and implementing the process for requesting SAP improvements. This will involve developing a web application in collaboration with the Digital Finance Team and maintaining ongoing communication of updates to the finance community.
- Community Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including BU and Functional Finance teams and Operations, to ensure alignment and integration of digitalization initiatives with broader organizational goals.
- Digital Innovation: Propose innovative approaches to digitalized financial processes and design solutions to support the business at the execution units and functions.
- Digital Development: Create customized digitalization solutions with tools such as MS Power Platform, Alteryx, and SAP Cloud Analytics to meet the unique data, planning, and analytical needs of the business. This includes designing and implementing data models, creating end-user planning masks, and generating reports.
- Change Management: Implement strategies to drive the adoption of digitalized financial processes and systems, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor satisfaction KPIs of existing tools and systems, collect improvement proposals, and contribute to the definition of the Wind Power Digi-Roadmap in Finance.
- Digital Transformation: Drive the digitalization journey within the department and towards stakeholders. Act as a role model, inspiring and guiding others towards successful digital transformation in their own areas of responsibility.
What you need to make a difference

- You have a master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar.
- You are a competent finance individual with 3-7 years of experience and profound knowledge in various controlling areas and/or commercial project business.
- You possess a creative mindset that strives to innovate processes and tools with a desire to drive the digital transformation journey.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of SGRE financial systems, ERP, and relational databases. Experience with Power BI, SAC, Alteryx or Power Automate is a plus.
- You have expertise in working with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- You are accountable, take initiative and at the same time want to have fun at work with colleagues that care for each other.
- You have excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
