Job Summary

Strategize, create and execute of all customer facing digital communication. This includes propelling opt-in and lead management process, strategizing, planning and producing all website content, eblast content and development and deployment of blogs published as well as champion of brand voice for all content reviewed and managed.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategizing, Planning and Crafting Customer Facing Content including: blogs for IFF.com, content updates on IFF.com, eblasts to customers, landing pages and more
  • Creates customer journeys for campaigns and project manages campaigns so team understands campaign plan fully and how we plan to execute
  • Copywrite all content with Nourish TOV for Digital Content
  • Translate technical data into something palatable our customers can use to help with their customers
  • Must be able to/have knowledge of backend WordPress to not only write IFF.com content, but deploy as well
  • Super user and admin of CMS and eblast deployment systems: SFDC/Pardot
  • Report on Campaign Success Metrics and presenting data in a way many people in the organization understand.
  • Integral member of lead management process team to create a lead management process that works for whole organization
  • Strategizes and coordinates website refresh launches – gathering information for the site, rewording and working with agencies and copywriters to have content appropriate for the sites

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably with copywriting experience, marketing management experience and digital marketing.
  • Strong presentation and writing skills and ability to effectively communicate technical data to a wide range of audiences.
  • Graphic Skills preferred for compelling visual presentations.
  • Knowledge on Project Management understanding to lead projects.
  • Proven ability to work independently and on a team, juggle multiple priorities and complete responsibilities in a fast paced, change oriented environment.
  • Proficient in operating Microsoft environment programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and interested in developing creative skills to manage other visual softwares and apps.
  • Knowledge and skills in WordPress, Pardot and Salesforce.com
