Service Express is looking for a Demand Marketing Strategist, who will be responsible for moving buyers through the marketing funnel and generate MQL’s to be contacted by Sales Development Representatives. In addition, you will "own the one to many" function for Service Express and coordinate what is needed at the top of the funnel to produce pipeline and revenue.


Here’s what this position is all about:

  • Utilize CRM to identify audiences, reporting and marketing funnel gaps
  • Own development of nurture structures, email/landing page creation & execution of email communications
  • Utilize Intent data to ideate campaigns and complete from development to execution & reporting
  • Consistently monitor campaign KPIs, completing A/B testing to improve campaign results
  • Identify campaigns to improve performance
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Sales, Creative and Revenue Operations to complete strategic initiatives & optimizations
  • Partner with sales to understand the market’s trends & challenges
  • Partner with key member of the Marketo connection team to collaborate and optimize our utilization of the platform


What we are hoping you can bring to the Service Express team...

  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, database hygiene and segmentation
  • Experience with marketing automation platform such as, Marketo or Hubspot required
  • Experience with Salesforce, Sendoso and 6sense is preferred but not required
  • Familiar with Account Based Marketing 
  • Proficient in the Marketing funnel and identifying campaigns to improve performance

  • Hybrid working schedule (3 days in the office and 2 remote)
