Reporting to the Senior Demand Generation Director, the Demand Generation Specialist executes integrated marketing program tactics that increase pipeline growth across all channels to support Databricks’ explosive growth. You will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and tracking of globally integrated marketing programs across the marketing mix. This position will help support our marketing programs and additional cross-team execution needs.
The impact you will have:
- Driving toward demand generation goals by supporting the creation of and execution of campaigns that will drive leads, MQLs, and, most importantly, pipeline & consumption KPIs.
- Coordinating and executing integrated marketing activities, including webinars, direct mail, white papers, ebooks, emails, website optimization and more to support campaigns
- Collaborating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to drive and execute marketing program tactics
- Optimizing performance by increasing key asset conversion metrics through website, YouTube, and organic social promotion strategies
- Understanding what works and what we can do better. You will support ongoing reporting needs and analyze campaign and program results in detail to draw insights and make data-based adjustments

Pay Range Transparency

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. $64,700—$99,100 USD

$61,100—$93,600 USD
