What will you do
As the Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies, with a strong focus on generating high-quality pipeline aligned with revenue targets. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee Performance and Lifecycle marketing specialists, ensuring cohesive execution of campaigns that move prospects through the funnel. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue teams, you’ll lead efforts to optimize the customer journey from lead acquisition to conversion, contributing to TRACTIAN’s high-ticket sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Revenue-Driven Strategy: Develop demand generation strategies that are directly tied to revenue objectives, prioritizing high-quality leads and optimizing campaign efforts to support pipeline growth.
- Manage & Oversee Subteams: Lead and mentor the Performance and Lifecycle marketing teams, aligning their efforts with overall demand generation objectives and optimizing each team’s contribution to pipeline growth.
- Campaign Development & Optimization: Lead and manage multi-channel campaigns across paid media, content, and events, continuously refining targeting, messaging, and creative to maximize high-value lead generation.
- Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Implement and optimize lead scoring and nurturing workflows to prioritize high-value prospects, ensuring an effective handoff to Sales.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Revenue, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to align on campaign strategy, targeting, and messaging, ensuring a unified approach to driving pipeline impact.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, including MQL-to-win rate, CPL, CAC, and pipeline velocity. Regularly report on campaign effectiveness and optimize efforts based on revenue-based KPIs.
- Experimentation & Scaling: Continuously test new tactics and channels, identifying successful approaches to scale demand generation efforts in alignment with high-ticket B2B objectives.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in Demand Generation or Performance Marketing, ideally in a high-ticket B2B SaaS environment, with a strong track record of meeting revenue and pipeline goals.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis and campaign performance metrics, with hands-on experience in platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations, to align on demand generation strategy and campaign execution.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in CRM and marketing automation tools, and capable of leveraging data for strategic decision-making.
- Revenue Orientation: Focused on metrics that matter, from SQL conversion to CAC and ROI, with a keen understanding of the high-ticket sales cycle.

- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) for high-value accounts.
