This position is required to lead and align with SCM manager to manage demand planning and supply planning to optimize stock level and meet business needs. Manage communication with Sales, Marketing and other stakeholder to ensure full alignment.
Job Responsibilities:
Demand & Supply Planning

Analyze historical sales trends, research demand drivers, and develop statistical forecast models and challenge data gathered for relevant team

Upload the monthly demand plan in the Global DSP tool.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to gather up-to date and accurate information for demand forecasts by channel. Reconcile the gap versus Financial forecast

Coordinate with cross-functional research activities to refine forecast models based on updated sales and marketing assumptions.

Monitor stock shortages, proactively identify potential inventory issues, and resolve them promptly to prevent service disruptions.

Review and agree on inventory replenishment plans, considering market-specific characteristics to ensure meeting inventory target.

Provide input on inventory strategies for existing and new products.

Ensure demand planning accuracy by continuously improving forecasting methods and data integrity.
Supply Planning Coordination

Align business department action plans with supply planning activities to ensure smooth operations.

Utilize Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool.
Import & Export Management:

Coordinate with transportation logistics to optimize costs and minimize lead times for inbound shipments of products.

Collect and provide full set of shipping documents for customs clearance. In charge of LSP communication for customs clearance, engage to secure compliance and related regulatory requirement

Plan cargo and handle import-related issues, such as cargo tracing and transport insurance cases.

Monitor FTA compliance and arrange preferential duty agreements.

Prepare export documents and communicate with receivers regarding documents and schedules for ad-hoc exports.
Monthly Report:

Responsible for monthly closing and reporting, including inventory reconciliation and validation.

Update and report KPIs (DPA & DPB, MOH) including analysis

Provide inventory holding projection to Finance for working capital analysis
Bad Goods Management

Report monthly destruction expenses and inventory provisions.

Coordinate with the Business Unit and the Head of Supply Chain to develop aging stock depletion plans aimed at minimizing write-offs.

Prepare any reports and data along with business needs.
Job Requirements:

5-7 years of Supply Chain management
-
Professional certification through APICS, either CSCP or CPIM, is advantageous
-
Hands on experience in Demand Forecasting and Supply Planning process including leading the S&OP process

Preferable to have past experience in managing Logistics and Customer service

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make sound recommendations.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.

Experience FMCG industries are preferable.
