Position Overview 

Viderity is seeking an experienced and analytical Data and Analysis Manager to lead and manage data analysis activities across enterprise-level programs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in advanced data analytics, data management, and visualization, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver actionable insights in support of federal and commercial initiatives. This is a remote position with occasional travel required to client or project sites in the Washington Metropolitan Area. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead and manage a team of data analysts and data professionals.
  • Develop and implement data analysis strategies, standards, and best practices.
  • Design and execute advanced data analytics methodologies, including predictive modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
  • Oversee the development of dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with federal IT standards.
  • Provide expert guidance in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Manage database systems and oversee data management best practices.
  • Communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain documentation, data dictionaries, and process workflows.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in data analysis processes and tools.

Required Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data management, or similar roles.
  • Expertise in advanced data analytics methodologies, including predictive modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.
  • Proficient in programming languages for data analysis, such as Python and/or R.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel).
  • Deep understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Experience managing or leading data teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance (if required).
  • Ability to travel to client or project sites when required.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting data-driven initiatives for federal government clients.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data analytics platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service delivery best practices.
  • Experience working in a government contracting environment.

Compensation & Benefits 

  • Salary Range: $120,000 – $135,000 annually
