Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A – Reporting & Data Analysis to lead the production and enhancement of key topline financial reports, including Revenue, Bookings, Billings, and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). As a key and critical member of the FP&A team, this role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, automating reporting processes, and delivering executive-ready insights that drive strategic decision-making.

 

The ideal candidate brings a strong FP&A background, supporting Sales, Marketing, Business Unit, or Product Finance, with expertise in advanced Excel modeling, Power BI, and SQL. They will play a key role in automating monthly reporting, analyzing GTM and Business Unit performance, and continuously improving financial reporting processes to tell a clear, compelling story through data.

What You Will Do

  • Own, produce, and ensure accuracy of key topline financial reports (Revenue, Bookings, Billings, ARR) for monthly Board of Directors reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Accountable for the accuracy and integrity of all reported financial data.
  • Lead ad hoc analyses to generate actionable insights on business performance.
  • Summarize key trends and insights in an executive-ready format.
  • Drive process improvements and troubleshoot data issues in collaboration with IT to enhance reporting efficiency and reliability.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence (BI) and IT teams to automate and optimize reporting processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Business Unit/Product Finance teams to analyze revenue trends and topline performance.
  • Continuously enhance reporting standards, methodologies, and best practices to create reports that tell a story and drive strategic decisions.

What Will You Bring

  • 8+ years of FP&A experience with a focus on top-line financial reporting and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of key metrics: Revenue, Bookings, Billings, and ARR.
  • Proven experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Business Unit, or Product Finance.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and ability to derive business insights.
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills, including financial reporting and large-scale data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Adaptive Planning or other FP&A planning tools is required.
  • SQL proficiency with the ability to query data for business insights.
  • Power BI experience (dashboard creation) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Data Warehouse, BI, IT, GTM, Product, and Finance teams.
  • Experience leading process improvements and automation in financial reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.

In the United States, the base salary for this role ranges from $134,000 to $224,000. In addition to base salary, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
