Job Title: Lean Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a Lean SME to join our UKI Secure accounts team. The ideal candidate is a continuous innovator who challenges the status quo and drives operational excellence. The Lean Lead will be responsible for leading the implementation of Lean methodologies across various teams and processes to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, streamline operations, and facilitate change management. The successful candidate will prioritize impactful initiatives, possess strong communication and leadership skills, and have a proven track record of execution and stakeholder management. We're looking for someone excited about the Ops to IOPS to AIOPS journey with a growth mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Execution: Develop and implement Lean strategies, tools, and techniques (such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) to enhance operational performance.

Execution and Delivery: Lead and drive Lean initiatives across the organization, identifying process inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Roadmap and Maturity: Continuous improvement through roadmaps and feedback loops

Value and Impact : Clear measurement. Tracing the impact of Lean initiatives . Also a linkage to business growth.

Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear and concise updates to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and engagement.

Mentorship: Mentor and train team members in Lean principles and practices to ensure a culture of continuous improvement. Make this part of DXC Culture.

Analytical mindset: Analyse data and performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate: Across DXC to set goals and develop action plans to improve productivity, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.

Manage the Change: Support the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during process changes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

SC Clearance: Must hold or be eligible for SC Clearance.

Bachelor's degree or equiv in relevant field.

Experience with Infrastructure & cloud platforms and services

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. Solid understanding of AIOPS.

Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Leadership and Influence: Proven ability to convince and influence others, fostering a collaborative environment.

Ruthless Execution: Drive projects to completion with precision and speed.

Growth Mindset: Loves to learn, and has a focus on enabling customer growth through continuous improvement.
