Technical Support Analyst – Brunswick Group
Location – New York City Office | 1114 Avenue of the Americas 24th Floor, New York, NY 10036
***Fully On-Site, Hours: 10am - 7pm ET***
The Opportunity
Brunswick Group is looking for a proactive, customer service skilled, and approachable Technical Support Analyst based in our New York office. In this role, you will provide daily onsite, helpdesk technical assistance to the local NY team. Additionally, as part of the global ICT team, you will provide both telephone and remote desktop support to the rest of the Brunswick offices in the United States (five total), as well as the broader Brunswick offices globally, as needed. This position requires some out of office hours and weekend work.
Knowledge and Technical Acumen:
- Minimum five years of experience working in a Helpdesk/Desktop environment
- Working within a process-mature environment (ITIL Environment)
- Use of Helpdesk service management systems for logging calls or requests
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of both PC & Mac systems
- Solid Understanding of Cloud system administration such as Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange Center.
- Solid administrative understanding of Microsoft Azure (Entra, Intune).
- Knowledge of networking and topologies including WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
- Experience in MS 365 Office Suite
- Windows 11, and MacOS support experience
- Support HP, Brother printers and Canon copiers
- Zoom, Teams, Polycom, Neat Video / Audio conference, and presentation set up for meetings
- Experience in MDM platform such as MS Intune and JAMF
- Experience cloud file systems.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Authenticator
- Security awareness and common security threats
- Proficient in Laptop hardware.
- Working knowledge of Anti-Virus and threat protection systems

Compensation & Benefits
The applicant who is selected for this position will be eligible for the following compensation:
In New York City, the annual compensation for this role will be $90,000 - $110,000.
If an offer is extended to an applicant in New York, the applicant will be paid in line with this range and based on the applicant’s experience and qualifications. This range applies only to the New York position, and salaries in other offices and regions will vary based on an applicant’s experience and qualifications, as well as the competitive landscape.
