Purpose of the Position
-
To manage the effectiveness and efficiency of all the clients.

To assist the compliance & risk team and coordinate certificate issuance in line with BSI policies and procedures.

To support the team to achieve the company objectives
-
To work with Operations and provide support to the customer and BSI staff.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Improve communication & coordination with the clients
-
Coordinate technical review and issue the certificates
-
Issue the invoices
-
Work closely with other business teams to improve cross-functional processes
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
-
An academic qualification such as graduation/diploma/post-graduation.
-
Full understanding and familiarity with BSI’s Reporting Requirements.

Excellent communication & coordination skills
-
Familiarity with basic MS Office packages including MS Word / Excel/ PowerPoint
