Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing the customer experience across various retail channels. You will manage key marketing initiatives, maintain our brand presence in-store and online, and ensure seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and has a passion for delivering exceptional marketing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- SKU Listing Management:
- Set up and maintain SKU listings across our network of retailer websites, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Flooring Tracking Maintenance:
- Oversee the tracking of flooring products across sales channels.
- Leverage automation tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- In-Store Shopper Experience:
- Manage the in-store shopper experience at the retail level, including product displays and vignettes.
- Oversee the capital expenditure budget for retail displays and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Print POP Program Management:
- Coordinate the production of point-of-purchase (POP) print materials by working closely with print vendors.
- Ensure artwork supplied by the graphics team is properly set up, translated for the Canadian market, and aligned with project goals.
- Tradeshow Support:
- Arrange product samples, coordinate the setup, and organize other necessary marketing materials for tradeshows.
- Marketing Swag Program:
- Manage the ordering, development, and budget of marketing swag materials.
- Facilitate the distribution of swag items to team members as needed.
- Consumer Rebate Programs:
- Set up and maintain consumer rebate programs in collaboration with our vendor, 360 Insights.
- Buy Group Marketing Support:
- Provide marketing support tailored to the needs of our buy groups, ensuring alignment with brand strategies.
- Sales Team Communications:
- Consolidate resources and relevant updates into weekly bulletins (“Friday Updates”) for effective communication with the sales team.
- You will be located in Mississauga, ON
Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, marketing tools and platforms; experience with 360 Insights and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing coordination, retail marketing, or a similar role.
