Job Description:
This position is responsible for planning and executing commercial strategies in collaboration with the distributor, ensuring business continuity and growth. This role will focus on finalizing execution plans in major retail chains, optimizing the brands' presence at the point of sale, and ensuring the fulfillment of commercial objectives.What are we looking for?
- Experience as FMCG Trade Marketing (more than 2 years).
- Had been working with distributors.
- Very passionate and drive for results.
- Standing alone and proven experience managing projects/planning.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Distributor Management: Act as the main point of contact with the distributor, aligning strategies and ensuring the proper implementation of execution plans in the Modern Channel.
- Commercial Planning: Develop and implement trade marketing plans to maximize brand visibility at the point of sale, ensuring availability, display, and activations relevant to shoppers.
- Point of Sale Execution: Ensure the proper implementation of display and communication strategies in stores, ensuring compliance with visibility standards and brand activations.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor the execution of commercial plans, evaluating the impact on sales and the profitability of the initiatives. Propose adjustments and improvements based on market insights.
- Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure strategic alignment and product availability.
- Customer Relations: Build and strengthen relationships with key Modern Channel customers, ensuring execution aligned with each chain's strategies.
- Budget Optimization: Efficiently manage the trade marketing budget, maximizing the return on investment in promotional and execution activities.
