Job Description
Lead the support of custom-built enterprise applications and related systems requiring PHI (Protected Health Information) data access. Serve as technical escalation point for complex application issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support custom-built enterprise applications for large scale call center environment
- Lead Java-based troubleshooting efforts
- Manage complex application defects
- Design and implement system health check procedures
- Handle escalated L2 ServiceNow tickets
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
- Lead support during critical enrollment periods (Oct – Jan)
- Provide technical guidance to T2 team members
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in application support
- 2+ years Java development/troubleshooting
- Advanced experience with custom enterprise applications
- Expert knowledge of software defect management
- Extensive experience with PHI data handling
- Advanced ServiceNow expertise
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Experience mentoring junior team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Java certifications preferred
