Our internal awards system is vital to maintaining our culture and ensuring our success as we continue to grow. While some of our firm awards have a long history, others have recently been added to recognize important contributions. This role will focus on the continuous improvement, development, and delivery of these initiatives and events. It will also manage the Culture & Talent Integration team in owning, delivering, and managing the end-to-end process for all current and future awards delivered globally at various cadences through the year.

In this role, you will also work closely with stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure the awards system represents the firm’s commitment to living our core values, developing our core competencies, recognizing people, and being a “one firm” firm. Communications planning and delivery, measurement strategy, and event management (both virtual and in-person) are key requirements for these events. Our aim is that every colleague understands, appreciates, and participates in awards and recognition to celebrate our individual and collective successes.
