How you will make contributions that matter:
We are looking for a dedicated Credit Analyst to join our shared services, finance team at our Head office in Freshwater place, Southbank. You will play a crucial role in our credit and collections functions.
As a Credit Analyst, you will manage an allocated debtor portfolio, maximize cash flow, and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. This role involves end-to-end credit management, including risk assessment, collections, payment processing, and enforcing credit policies.
- Maintain a professional approach with customers.
- Ensure customer accounts are up to date.
- Manage credit limits and prepare limit reviews.
- Meet collection targets through emails and calls.
- Monitor overdue and manage collections in SAP.
- Assess credit risk for debtor portfolios.
- Ensure credit processes meet audit controls and legislative requirements.
- Provide monthly commentary on overdue debtors.
Ideally you will have:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience.
- Proficient in SAP, excellent time management, understanding of credit life cycle and risk assessment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
