nVent Hoffman CPQ is a powerful guided selling and configuration platform that allows users around the globe to easily generate quotations of standard and customized enclosures solutions.

The configurator is used by internal and external sales, partners and website users for quoting, ordering, and fulfillment. The configurator connects with the website, CRM, order management and ERP systems.

Location: Dzierżoniów - (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days’ work from home)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Configurator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex product configurations, pricing rules, and quoting processes within our CPQ system. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, technical aptitude, and excellent problem-solving skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and Implement Configurations:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design product configurations that meet business needs
  • Develop and implement configuration rules, pricing logic, and approval workflows within the CPQ system
  • System Maintenance and Optimization:
  • Perform regular system audits to identify and resolve configuration issues, ensuring data integrity and system performance
  • Optimize existing configurations for efficiency and scalability
  • Troubleshooting and Analysis:
  • Solve configuration-related issues and perform root cause analysis to implement corrective actions
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for CPQ configurations
  • Training and Support:
  • Deliver training and support to end-users on CPQ system functionalities and best practices
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of CPQ configurations and processes
  • Assist configurator users by answering questions, resolving technical problems, or escalating to others

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Highly interested in software development
  • 2-5 years of experience in CPQ configuration, preferably with a leading CPQ platform (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, SAP CPQ).
  • Experience in a similar role or in a related field such as sales operations, product management, or IT
  • Deep technical skills, including proficiency in CPQ software and understanding of database concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
