We are currently looking for a Costing Supervisor to join our team in Nissan Motor Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining accurate process cost information, reconciling standard costs to actual costs, maintaining the perpetual inventory system, participating in the month-end close and budgeting process, and assisting the costing and accounting manager with day-to-day operations and reporting requirements. This position will develop and maintain an effective cost accounting system to reduce costs and improve overall profitability.
A Day in the Life:

Report monthly (Mass TdC) variance analysis for actual COGS vs budget, forecast, and previous year to the regional Manufacturing controller.

Review costing results with top management and function heads in the AMIEO region on a monthly basis.

Ensure the accuracy of the costing and inventory month-end closing process is done in a timely manner and coordinate with all related functions to meet the closing deadline.

Reconcile and analyze all TB accounts of inventory accounts.

Improve the overhead cost allocation among the production orders and continuously revisit the vehicle cost structure.

Report all inventory provisions and accruals after review and validation with internal management to be reported to the AMIO Finance head.

Perform regular cycle physical counts to maintain stock accuracy.

Review the warranty cost and reconcile E-news/SAP warranty claims, processing warranty provision/refund/provision adjustment to SAP.

Act as a key member in HFM submission for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

Coordinate with internal and external audits during both fiscal year-end and mid-year audits and prepare various required account analyses and reports.

Ensure audit control points and requirements are properly implemented and follow up on ACT control tower and PDCA.

Assist in tax audits with the tax team and tax authority.

Comply with J-SOX requirements and prepare accounting manuals and policies.
Who We’re Looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting
-
Strong knowledge of financial accounting, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements

Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
-
Proficiency in SAP system (Costing and Inventory) is a must
-
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
-
5-6 years of relevant experience
