Job Description
We are looking for Product Development Technologist responsible for all product development projects / activities to implement the R&D Strategy and deliver tye Kraft Heinz Middle East and Africa goals and objectives for any product within our portfolio.
What You'll Do:
• Develop product recipes in according with Product Brief • Master the Product Life Management (PLM) cycle to develop safe and fit-to-purpose products • Run analytical and organoleptical product tests, validate results, use them for product recipe development and correction • Plan and execute industrial trials, validate results, issue reports• Select ingredients necessary for product development, check and validate them• Create product Specifications for a new product ensuring they are accurate, legal, meet the KH manufacturing capability and built into specifications management system• Provide E2E project management to ensure projects are lunched successfully with expected outcomes, on time and on budget• Provide technical inputs in X-functional meetings and ideation sessions• Continuously improve your own expertise and skills, build working connections with internal and external partners to effectively deliver business objectives
What You bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science OR General Science Degree• Work Experience: 3- 5 years in FMCG - Food Manufacturing• Technical and professional curiosity: desire to learn new things, share knowledge and best practices• Knowing key product characteristics, analytical methods, organoleptic attributes• Hygienic Design, Thermal validation, Cleaning validation, CIP optimization, HACCP.• Mixing & Dosing, Homogenization, Emulsification, Pump and Fluid Transport.• Analytical skill and attention to details• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Communication Skills
