Être le contact principal du client (distributeur) au sein de la Supply Chain et veiller à la complète exécution de toutes ses commandes jusqu’à la résolution des litiges.
Contribuer à l’animation de l’équipe sur les tâches opérationnelles et travailler à l'optimisation de ces tâches dans un contexte de plus en plus digital.
- Assurer le traitement des commandes de la validation à la résolution des litiges sur un portefeuille de clients (focus TOP clients)
- Assurer le contact avec les clients via email, téléphone et via des réunions sur les top clients
- Collaborer en interne en vue d'assurer la satisfaction client
- Accompagner les projets d'amélioration continue visant à optimiser les processus de l'équipe
