Responsable de l'ensemble des flux sur site, vous devrez: garantir la planification, l'approvisionnement et le contrôle des coûts logistiques. Le tout pour assurer la qualité du service au client et la coordination de l'ensemble des équipes logistiques.
Principales activités :
- Assurer les activités de planification, y compris l'approvisionnement des matières premières et des emballages vers le site.
- Mettre en œuvre et contrôler les performances de planification et de distribution au moyen d'indicateurs de suivi des performances (KPI).
- Assurer l'intégration du S&OP ou PIC (Sales and Operations Plan, order forecast) et du PDP (Production Master Plan, orders) dans l'ERP.
- Garantir le respect des contraintes, des stocks et des délais, en anticipant les besoins humains et matériels en fonction des prévisions de vente.
- Gérer et animer les équipes Supply Chain de l'usine : planification et logistique.
- Gérer et organiser les flux logistiques et le stockage de l'usine, à l'aide de procédures et d'indicateurs.
- Assurer les relations clients/fournisseurs en garantissant le respect des délais de livraison et des normes de qualité requises.
- Préparer et présenter l'activité de la chaîne d'approvisionnement lors des audits réglementaires ou des audits clients du processus de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, participer aux réunions de suivi avec le client.
- Proposer de nouveaux outils/méthodes tant pour la planification (réduction des stocks) que pour les flux physiques (maîtrise des coûts de transport et/ou de sous-traitance et de l'espace de stockage).

Profil recherché :
BAC + 5 Approvisionnement, Ecole d'Ingénieur ou de Commerce
5 à 10 ans d'expérience industrielle et managériale
Maîtrise de l'anglais obligatoire.
