Job Description
Position Overview: The Corporate Senior Vice President of Growth and Client Success for WNS Procurement, is a key member of the senior leadership team, reporting to the Executive Vice President and Head of WNS Procurement. This role is responsible for managing the P&L for North America, responsible for the revenue growth team and the client success team in the region. This role will support the EVP in driving revenue growth, optimizing margins, driving revenue targets ensuring client delivery excellence across North America.
Sales and Growth Leadership:

Lead, coach and manage a team of growth professionals to originate leads, grow pipelines, and achieve sales targets across the region.

Drive new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts with a strong focus on enterprise or strategic clients.

Build a high-quality pipeline of high ACV/TCV deals to meet revenue forecasts and achieve annual revenue targets.

Cultivate relationships with C-suite and key individuals at target companies to enhance the client portfolio.

Demonstrate creativity and innovation in cross-selling and positioning solutions to meet customer business objectives.

Develop go-to-market strategy in collaboration with marketing and other senior growth and practice leaders.

Collaborate with Head of Marketing to execute go-to-market strategy through targeted campaigns, advisor and analyst programs, events and conference, and other key marketing levers.

Report regularly on sales pipeline, forecast accuracy and key performance metrics (e.g. win rates, deal velocity, average deal size) to executive leadership, providing actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
Client Success Leadership:

Act as the overall owner of the accounts, leading client success, and making operational decisions.

Ensure the client services are executed successfully.

Assist clients with rolling out procurement programs, including change management, communication strategy, and business process improvement initiatives.

Act as an escalation point with the team and client, communicating and resolving operational issues.

Review metrics reporting for the entire program and identify areas of process inefficiencies, suggesting improvements to management.

Provide leadership and consultation on strategic projects with high importance and visibility within the client.

Balance client requests against organizational interests and lead process improvement discussions to enhance operations.
Team Management:

Provide visionary leadership to the entire growth and client success team, ensuring excellence in process, quality, and performance.

Inspire, coach, and mentor the growth and client success teams to consistently exceed performance expectations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high achievement.

Identify and cultivate new talent within the team, ensuring the organization is equipped with the skills and capabilities needed for future success.
Qualifications

Master's degree preferred in, Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field required.

10+years of leadership experience in sales, operations, program management, and/or consulting capacity.

5+ years’ experience in Procurement

Proven track record of selling to executives (CFOs, CPOs) in the Procurement services market

Ability to build relationships with, and influence, C-level decision-makers.

Experience in driving high-performing sales teams.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive actions.
