As a Conversion Optimization Manager, you will be the expert on all things related to conversion funnel optimization, actively driving revenue growth and KPIs for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Conversion Funnel Mastery: Analyze and optimize the entire conversion funnel, pinpointing areas for improvement to increase conversion rates and drive sales.

Customer Journey Optimization: Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the user experience across all digital touchpoints.

A/B Testing & Performance Analysis: Conduct rigorous A/B testing to validate your hypotheses and continuously refine your approach, ensuring your optimization efforts are truly impactful.

Data-Driven Reporting: Create compelling reports and dashboards to track performance, identify emerging trends, and inform future optimization strategies.

Cross functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and IT teams to ensure a unified and optimized customer experience.

Product & Customer Focus: Optimize product descriptions to improve clarity and conversion rates, and work with Customer Service to address any pain points in the customer journey.

Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, best practices, and innovative tools to continually enhance Villeroy & Boch's online presence.

Your Profile:

5+ years of experience in conversion optimization management or a similar role within e-commerce

A solid understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies, with a track record of successful implementation and results

Excellent analytical skills and a strong data-driven approach to decision-making.

Experience optimizing e-commerce websites and funnels, with a deep understanding of user behavior and conversion drivers

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Experience working in a collaborative environment and building strong working relationships across departments

A passion for e-commerce and a commitment to continuous learning and innovation
