We are looking to hire a Contracts Manager who will provide contract negotiation and administration to achieve delivery of contractual obligations agreed to the standards. This role will be based out of our Nashville, TN location and open to remote candidates in CST or EST zone.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Support contract management for the USA within commercial manufacturing
• Review, negotiate, and execute a variety of contracts including commercial supply agreements, Service Agreements, and Amendments.
• Ensure adherence to contract policies, processes, and guidelines necessary to maintain secure contract documentation in the contract database
• Develop the ability to learn Nextracker’s commercial risk profile, understand how to adapt content to mitigate risks, and help develop strategies to minimize potential risks to the business
• Manage the contract lifecycle process, prepare all required documentation, coordinate business and legal approval and obtain appropriate signatures. Assist with the continual improvement in the speed, quality, and simplicity of contract formation and management processes, without compromising compliance
• Coordinate with clients regarding industry standards
• Coordinate with the procurement and legal teams
• Support Project Managers with any contractual issues
• Report the status of current contract processes to management
• Resolve any existing contract conflicts
• Serve as a liaison between internal and external parties during contract development and negotiation stages.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• 7+ years supporting contract management
• Excellent communications skills
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Experience with technical writing
• Proficiency in MS office products

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is 100,000.00 to 125,000.00
