What You'll Do:
- Drive Impact: Identify and implement process improvements that enhance sales productivity and increase revenue.
- Lead Strategic Projects: Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from start to finish, ensuring high-quality outcomes and measurable results.
- Deliver Insights: Design and analyze key performance metrics across multiple teams, geographies, and segments to inform strategic decisions.
- Optimize Tools: Build, maintain, and evolve Salesforce reports and dashboards to empower individual contributors and leadership teams.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales Enablement, Business Systems, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align priorities and ensure successful execution of strategic projects.
- Enhance Technology: Oversee and evolve our tech stack, including tools like Gong, Outreach, and more, to keep our systems cutting-edge.
- Champion Leadership: Serve as a key player in the Sales Operations team, leading by example and mentoring others.
About You:
- Experience & Expertise: 2+ years in sales or revenue operations with advanced Salesforce skills (process and dashboard design).
- Data-Driven Mindset: You're analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoy turning insights into actionable strategies.
- Curiosity & Drive: A proactive approach, a willingness to challenge the status quo, and enthusiasm to learn and grow.
- Collaborative Spirit: Exceptional communication skills and a team-player mindset to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Organized & Impactful: Meticulous organization and task-driven with a knack for managing multiple priorities seamlessly.
What Sets You Apart (Nice to Have):
- Experience in high-velocity, B2B SaaS sales or revenue operations.
- Knowledge of revenue metrics across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, Intercom, Highspot, and other integrations.
- Salesforce certification to showcase your expertise.
