Responsibilities:

You will lead the Quality Control team, manage work shifts, and oversee training needs.

You will supervise quality activities and collaborate with production to resolve non-conformities, ensuring proper control execution and data recording.

You will analyze key indicators (NC, Waste, FTBY, OEE, etc.) and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools (5S, SMED, Six Sigma, etc.).

You will ensure proper documentation management (specifications, inspection certificates, SAP, etc.) and maintain measurement and testing equipment.

You will prepare reports and statistical analyses while actively contributing to process improvements.
Qualifications:
-
You will need a degree in Industrial Engineering or Chemistry.

You will be required to have fluent English and advanced Office skills.

You will bring experience in industrial environments.

You will benefit from training in Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma.

You will demonstrate key competencies: Communication, Teamwork, Results Orientation, Analytical Thinking, and Influence.
