As the Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager, you will partner directly with Supply Chain leaders to implement and manage CI initiatives within our DC operations. You will focus on leading end-to-end CI activities, coaching teams on Lean concepts, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across the site.

The Role You Could Play:   

  • Leading CI activities specifically within DC and CFC operations.
  • Developing and delivering a lean training program, with an emphasis on grassroots education.
  • Coaching and educating stakeholders across the Supply Chain to foster a CI mindset.
  • Thoroughly analyzing CI opportunities across cost, quality, productivity, and safety.
  • Driving visual management and 5S initiatives across the DC network.
  • Managing the DC’s relationship with external CI partners.
  • Establishing Lean maturity baselines and setting annual improvement targets.

What You Will Bring:

  • Extensive CI experience in a fast-paced operations environment.
  • Strong Lean expertise in problem-solving and visual management.
  • A passionate, analytical mindset for strategic problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Six Sigma/LEAN accreditation (preferred).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of the business
