To join our team as a Continuous Improvement Intern! CLEAResult is a consulting firm that designs and implements energy efficiency programs nationwide. This position is part of the Continuous Improvement Business Office and will assist in developing, reviewing, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists to ensure efficiency and compliance. This internship gives an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process improvement.
This hybrid role requires you to meet in person one day a week, in the Greater Atlanta, GA area.

- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and understand current processes
- Assist in the creation, review, and revision of SOPs and checklists
- Ensure all SOPs and checklists are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with company standards
- Conduct process audits to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- Support the implementation of process improvements and track their effectiveness
- Maintain organized documentation and records of all SOPs and checklists
- Participate in continuous improvement meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing operational efficiency
Exciting candidates have…
- Active enrollment as a 3rd or 4th year pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with a graduation date no earlier than May/June 2025
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, English, Process Engineering, or a related field
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer (June 9 – August 15)
- Based in the Greater Atlanta Area
- Interest and ambitious to work in fast-paced energy efficiency industry
Compensation Range:
$20 - $24 / hour
Any offered rate is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
