This position will be based in one of our office locations in Washington, DC or New York, NY.


Our award-winning and modern, open concept offices are located in Washington, DC, Chicago, IL and New York, NY. All three offices are accessible by public transportation and in close proximity to great restaurants and shopping.

About the Role

This is not your typical product marketing job. At Morning Consult, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the narrative around AI-powered market research and influence how global brands and organizations think about data-driven decision-making. You’ll play a key role in developing go-to-market strategies, creating compelling messaging, and working cross-functionally to position our products for success. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company, where your work will directly fuel our expansion and market leadership.

What You'll Do

  • The main responsibilities of this role fall into 4 categories:
  • Content Strategy & Creation (Demand Generation Focus): 

  • Develop a content strategy that fuels inbound marketing, demand generation, and lead nurturing for our SaaS and Custom products.
  • Create content to drive awareness engagement and leads.
  • Craft compelling thought leadership content showcasing Morning Consult AI and its role in transforming market research, in addition to our broader product and feature set.
  • Product & Solutions Marketing: 

  • Translate Morning Consult’s AI-powered market research capabilities into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with target personas.
  • Develop use case briefs, feature one-pagers, and competitive positioning materials that align with sales needs.
  • Collaborate with the demand gen team to ensure content aligns with the buyer’s journey and converts leads.
  • Sales Enablement & Thought Leadership: 

  • Partner with sales to create persona-based messaging, battle cards, case studies, and competitive comparison sheets.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to develop data-driven thought leadership that positions Morning Consult as a market leader.
  • Support ABM efforts by developing account-specific messaging and custom content for high-value prospects.
  • Collaboration with Product: 

  • Work closely with the Product teams to deeply understand Morning Consult’s offerings, roadmap, and differentiators.
  • Partner with Product to translate new features, enhancements, and data insights into compelling customer-facing content.
  • Gather feedback from sales and customers to provide insights to the Product team, helping inform positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Ensure alignment between product marketing, content, and demand gen, making sure messaging reflects the latest product innovations and customer needs.

How Success Will Be Measured

  • Success in this role will be measured by the impact of content and product marketing initiatives on demand generation, pipeline growth, and sales enablement. Key metrics include:
  • Pipeline Contribution – Influence on MQLs, and closed-won revenue from content-driven demand gen initiatives.

    Lead Conversion Rates – Performance of gated content, landing pages, and nurture campaigns in converting leads.

    Content Engagement Metrics – Traffic, downloads, time-on-page, and engagement rates for key content assets.

    Sales Enablement Impact – Sales team adoption of battle cards, one-pagers, and competitive intelligence materials.

    Product Adoption & Positioning Effectiveness – Usage of feature-focused content and improvements in product-related messaging.

    Win Rate Improvement – The role’s impact on sales conversion rates, particularly in competitive deals.

Who You Are

  • 4-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a background in content marketing and/or product marketing.
  • A strong storyteller who can translate complex AI-driven topics into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Experience developing content that drives demand generation, pipeline growth, and lead conversion.
  • Proven ability to create sales enablement materials that improve win rates.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with demand gen, sales, and product teams.
  • Experience in market research, AI, competitive positioning, or industry-specific messaging is a plus.

The expected salary range for this position is $93,300 - $150,100, with a midpoint of $121,700.


In most cases, we target the midpoint of our salary ranges for new hire compensation. This placement is reflective of full proficiency in a role.
