About the Role

This role is part storyteller, part content machine, part brand shaper.

You’ll work directly with our CEO to build his founder brand, bring new products like Adonis.AI to life through creative content, and drive awareness of RepeatMD across social, video, and digital platforms.

You’ll be hands-on—shooting, editing, writing, and publishing—and you'll also help shape our content strategy as we continue scaling.

What You’ll Do:Founder Content (Phil Sitter)

  • Film and edit short-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
  • Ghostwrite posts that bring Phil’s voice and vision to life across social channels
  • Capture and repurpose podcast clips, keynote moments, and behind-the-scenes footage
  • Build Phil into a trusted, visible voice in the wellness, SaaS, and founder space

Brand & Product Storytelling (RepeatMD)

  • Create content that simplifies complex products and makes new launches (like Adonis.AI) exciting and easy to understand
  • Work with product marketing to turn launches into scroll-stopping content
  • Repurpose product webinars, events, and release notes into short-form assets
  • Collaborate with design and marketing to maintain brand consistency across all assets

Social Content Engine:

  • Own the content calendar for short-form video across TikTok, IG Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts
  • Rapidly test and iterate video formats, captions, headlines, and creative
  • Track engagement, pull insights, and double down on what performs
  • Think like a creator and move with speed—turn around edits in hours, not days

Who You Are:

You’re a creator with range—a mix of filmmaker, editor, copywriter, and marketer. You understand storytelling, execution, and what makes people stop scrolling.

You Have:

  • 3–6 years experience creating short-form content (startup, agency, brand, or your own)
  • Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent)
  • A portfolio or TikTok/IG/YouTube channel with evidence of traction
  • Proven ability to create content for both personal brands and products
  • Strong sense of tone, timing, and narrative
  • A bias for speed, simplicity, and storytelling over polish and perfection

Bonus Points:

  • Experience building a content engine for a founder or startup
  • You've helped launch a product or feature with content
  • You know your way around marketing metrics like views, watch time, and click-through rate
  • You’re not just a creator—you’re a brand thinker
