Creative Support Team (India)

The Content Developer will accurately configure and/or customize standardized or templated communications across multiple client and product campaigns and print/digital formats, using requirements and source materials, and in some cases, write new content as appropriate.

In this position, you will:

  • Configure and write content for a range of configurable and customized products and platforms
  • Manages multiple projects and prioritize work to effectively meet project goals and deadlines
  • Support content development, configuration and delivery for multi-channel campaigns across a wide variety of topics such as health care, absence management, wellness, retirement, financial wellbeing, total rewards, benefit plan design changes, pay and incentive programs, recruiting, organizational change, and more
  • Focus on content configuration and development—with great attention to details and technical accuracy
  • Uphold Alight’s brand and product standards, ensuring consistency in terminology, punctuation, grammar, tone and style
  • Adhere to and contribute to project governance (project schedules, tools, documentation, risk management, open issues, etc.)
  • Regularly document progress and completion of work using collaboration, workflow and ticketing tools
  • Collaborate with other creative stakeholders such as creative directors, product leaders, graphic designers and project managers
  • Consult with internal partners and stakeholders, lending content expertise and point of view to support strategy and delivery
  • Support the Creative Studio by applying market trends and content best practices, and contributing to product development and other strategic initiatives

Required skills, experience and technical knowledge

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; HR/benefits expertise a plus
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to write and guide others to write compelling communication materials for a variety of audiences and media
  • Experience managing variable messaging/fields/requirements a plus
  • Able to engage with and present to clients as needed
  • Able to assimilate source materials, input from subject matter experts and other relevant documentation to deliver on content expectations
  • Able to understand role on project/team, while going beyond to add value
  • Able to collaborate efficiently and effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Accountable for assignments/projects to ensure they're delivered with excellence
  • Able to partner with subject matter experts from other lines of business
  • Can learn and apply new technologies
  • Software fluency, including Microsoft Office 365, Smartsheet and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Demonstrated presentation skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Human Resources, Marketing or related field ​

Work Policy

  • Working in UK Shift from 12PM to 9PM
  • Hybrid Work Model Offered (3 Days/Week From Office)
