Positions in this sub-family include internal and external roles responsible for advertising productions, from the creative conceptualization through production. Activities include:

  • Possessing a clear understanding of business requirements and the target audience in order to write copy and develop a wide range of advertising design projects

  • Being responsible for digital and e-commerce marketing strategies and activities to ensure brand consistency and relevance within a constantly evolving market

  • Production of print, video, audio or online/interactive advertisements, including the creation or selection of scripts, music and graphics

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall creation of content for social media platforms. This will involve work across regional and global platforms and will support the teams in ideation, but also optimization

  • Understanding and implementing best practices across social platforms as it pertains to formats, performance and audiences

  • Understanding and working with relevant collaborators to implement and optimize influencer/plans campaigns in local markets

  • To work with production teams to ensure content is created in an efficient and effective manner that is relevant to specific platforms

  • To work as an arm of the global team in amplifying global campaigns in regional markets

Our LEGO Agency (OLA) is a part of the TLG that focuses on delivering best-in-class campaigns, insight driven & fit for purpose solutions across the LEGO group both developing Global Campaigns and also covering 4 main regions – AMS, EMEA, China & APAC.

OLA APAC is passionate about developing End-2-End campaigns for APAC – occasion campaigns and amplifying global campaigns with a regional twist – including full value chain from campaign strategy to final ins-store solutions.

The role of Campaign Strategist will work within the creative team and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our campaigns.

Do you have what it takes?

  • 5 years of proven experience in marketing, advertising or content creation

  • Experience in influencer or content creator management
