セールスフォース・ジャパンでは、Salesforceの競争優位性に基づいて、Salesforceが提供する信頼性の高い AI + データ + CRM によって実現できるビジネス変革の価値を訴求するCompetitive Intelligence Managerを募集しています。
Competitive Intelligence Managerは、米国本社の競合対策チームおよび市場分析チーム、国内の製品チーム、国内の営業/SEチームと連携しながら、他社動向を含む市場/業界分析や商談分析を実行し、技術的な裏付けに基づいて差別化されたポジショニングとメッセージングを提供することで、お客様の成功とSalesforceのビジネス加速に貢献する役割を担っていただきます。
Competitive Intelligence Managerは、Salesforceの製品/サービスをご検討中のお客様に対して、成功事例に代表されるお客様の生の声や第三者調査機関が発行する情報を分析し、コンテンツやラウンドテーブルを通して提供する Customer & Market Insightsチームに所属します。
 

役割:

• 国内の営業チームへのヒアリングや商談分析を通して、AI + データ + CRM に関わる市場の主要プレイヤーを特定し、その事業戦略、価値ポジショニング/メッセージング、製品/サービス、価格等に関する情報を収集/分析する。
• Customer & Market Insightsチームの専門家として、顧客の声や業界アナリストの知見を分析することで、顕在化した顧客の課題/ニーズだけでなく、潜在的な課題/ニーズとそれを解決するSalesforceの優位性を特定する。
• 米国本社の分析チームと連携し、グローバルにおける差別化されたポジショニングとメッセージングを把握する。
• 国内の製品チームと連携し、最新のSalesforce製品/サービスの機能と顧客提供価値を把握する。
• 国内の営業チームをはじめ各種ステークホルダーに対し、通常の営業/マーケティング活動では困難な技術的要素を含む深い分析と検証に基づいた差別化提案を通じて、実践的な商談推進支援を提供する。
• 市場/業界動向および他社動向に関する最新情報や製品技術を常に追跡し、情報のアップデートに努める。

理想的なスキルや経験:

• 3年以上のユーザーとしてのSalesforce製品の導入/カスタマイズ/社内活用促進の経験（複数製品の経験があれば尚可）、パートナーとしてのSalesforce製品の提案/開発/カスタマイズ/顧客活用支援の経験（複数製品の経験があれば尚可）、またはソフトウェア業界でのマーケティングや市場・競合分析経験（SaaS領域/CRM領域での経験があれば尚可）
• Salesforce製品が提供できる価値を深く理解した上で、顧客の課題/背景/ニーズ/競合差別化要素を解像度高く捉えたセールスプレイを開発し、関係者を適切に巻き込み実行に移すことができる方
• テクノロジーへの関心が高く、Salesforce製品に限らず新たな技術を積極的に検証し、その結果について中立的に評価/議論することを楽しめる方
• 慣例に囚われず、実際の顧客の声や営業現場の声を収集/分析に基づいて、影響力の高い差別化コンテンツ開発や施策実行することに責任感をもって取り組むことができる方
• AIテクノロジーを用いて調査分析やその利活用を実践した経験のある方
• 業務遂行において、優れたコラボレーション力、クリティカルシンキング力、言語化力、実行力を発揮できる方
• 一度に複数のプロジェクトを遂行でき、必要に応じて選択と集中を行えるプロジェクト管理能力を持つ方
• 社内における関係構築スキルが高い方。部門横断的な動きが要求される本役割で成功するためには、Salesforce社内の多くのチームと協業し、ステークホルダーの長所を活かしたプロジェクトを推進することが求められます。
• 英語と日本語に堪能な方

• Salesforceの各種認定資格をお持ちの方
• コンピューターサイエンスまたはエンジニアリングのバックグラウンドがある方
• 業界アナリストレポートの活用や統計調査の企画/設計経験をお持ちの方
