Background
We are seeking a talented and hands-on individual to join our Competency and Employee Engagement team as a Competency Specialist. The successful candidate will be part of a small team managing global training programs for Finance and the overall Function Competency framework.
The position reports into the Finance Competency and Employee Engagement Lead.
Main Responsibilities
Training Management
- Work closely with stakeholders across Finance to analyze and gather new training requirements, define training design and approach, and coordinate development with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage training enrollments, share relevant training KPIs with senior Finance Function stakeholders, and propose actions where necessary.
- Develop and run a platform providing information related to trainings in Finance and maintain relevant training details and dashboards.
- Develop and run a process for new training requirements collection, approval and creation.
- Support continuous improvements of the training approach through training feedback and coordinate with training content owners on required actions.
Training Platform Administration and eLearning maintenance
- Deploy e-learnings to the Training Platform and provide technical support for the Finance function.
- Logistics and administration of e-learning classes, courses, and training plans as the main Training Platform Administrator for Finance.
- Responsible to update existing e-learnings using developer software (Articulate 360), work with Finance training content owners to regularly review trainings, identify need for updates, and coordinate follow-ups.
- Design and build reports, prepare analyses, present results, and propose improvement initiatives.
Competency Management
- Support developing a global Competency Framework for Finance.
- Design and maintain list of skills, competencies, and relevant training materials.
- Support to develop and run a process for monitoring skills & competencies within Finance functions.
- Develop and run a centralized platform for Finance providing information related to competency management.
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree from a university, along with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an international work environment.
- Fluent English speaker with strong writing and verbal communication skills as well as high levels of attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, result-oriented with strong networking and communication skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and experience in an international environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with remote global team and individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Hands-on creative and technical skills for developing high-quality assets in MS Office software (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Articulate 360)
- Experience with or interest in learning to work with low-code data visualization and automation software (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is an advantage.
