Department OverviewMotorola Solutions Finance Operation Center is a department of Motorola in Kraków which gives you an opportunity to participate in the setup of the new organization. The center is a part of our global network of Finance Operation Centers (FOC) which provides world-class finance, accounting and purchasing services to Motorola branches in Europe, Middle East, Africa and US region. Job Description

Main tasks:

• Cost accounting functions for supply chain activity

• Responsible for monthly and quarterly journal entries related to the above

• Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations (using ARCs)

• Create monthly credit memos for international, federal & internal returns

• Assisting with operational queries from the business and other departments

• Monthly/quarterly inventory reporting

• Cooperate with Supply Chain Finance, making sure they are equipped with the necessary reports and analysis

• Assist with SOX testing and PwC audit as required

• Participate in ad hoc projects as necessary

Basic Requirements

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in finance/accounting

• University degree in Finance or Accounting

• Very good command of the written and spoken English language - essential

• Attention to detail

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under time pressure

• Very good Excel or Google Sheets skills

• Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with Finance and non-Finance staff at various levels

• Ability to work in an intense, fast-paced, and multinational work environment

• Self-starter and team player
