Job Summary
The Compensation and HR Analyst will play a key role in supporting the organization’s HR and compensation strategies by analyzing data and providing insights that drive informed decision-making. This position will ensure that our compensation practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business goals, while also assisting in broader HR analytics and reporting.
Job Details
**Candidates based in the Nashville area are preferred; however, remote candidates will be considered if they are able to travel to Nashville up to 30% of the time.
Key Responsibilities
· Compensation:

Conduct job evaluations and market pricing for positions across all levels to ensure competitive salary structures and external benchmark alignment.

Support the development and maintenance of job descriptions and job classifications.

Assist in administering the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, bonuses, and promotions.

Analyze internal pay equity and make recommendations for adjustments.

Partner with HR and department leaders to provide compensation data and insights.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws related to pay equity and wage transparency.
· HR Analytics:

Design and deliver dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics, such as turnover, headcount, and workforce demographics.

Provide data insights to support strategic initiatives, workforce planning, and talent management efforts.

Establish processes to maintain the integrity and reliability of data, ensuring consistent and accurate results

Collaborate with HR team members to collect, organize, and analyze employee data
Other Responsibilities:

Assist with special projects related to compensation, HR analytics, or data enhancements.

Provide training and guidance to managers on compensation practices and tools.

Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to HR and compensation.
Education and Skill Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field or an equivalent of education and experience.

4+ years of experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics, or a related field.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools

Knowledge of compensation principles and practices, including FLSA and pay equity regulations.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Preferred Qualifications

CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or related certification.

Experience with Workday and Payfactors

Experience in a dynamic industry
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Physical Requirements
This is a full-time position and may require long hours and may require weekend and night work per event.
