The Role

Your efforts will directly contribute to building a team that embodies our values and drives our mission forward.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage positions within our ATS (Applicant Tracking System), including opening / closing requisitions, building templates, maintaining general system hygiene
  • Own interviewing scheduling for various phases of the recruiting process and in a variety of formats (on-site, video, debriefs, etc.)
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience through thoughtful and timely communications
  • Develop strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers; investing in learning about the various teams and becoming engrained in the Metropolis business and culture
  • Assess challenges within the existing process and implement solutions proactively
  • Provide support on ad-hoc projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of recruitment coordination or administrative experience
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Outlook email & calendaring, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and OneDrive)
  • Preference for experience with Greenhouse, Ceridian Dayforce, Zoom and/or LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with an elevated level of detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills and an acute ability to act empathetically

The anticipated base salary for this position is $29 hourly. The actual base pay offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment. Base pay is one component of Metropolis’s total compensation package, which may also include access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, bonus plans and more.
