Responsilities

  • Researching Cutting-Edge Technology Companies and Projects
  • Conduct in-depth research on companies, projects, and technological trends in the fields of quantum computing, AI, and space technology.
  • Evaluate potential partners by analyzing their technology, market positioning, and growth potential.
  • Design and propose feasible collaboration models to establish strategic partnerships with relevant companies and projects.
  • Designing and Organizing Hackathons/Funding Programs
  • Based on research findings, plan and implement hackathons, funding programs, and other activities in relevant fields.
  • Oversee event promotion, participant recruitment, and invitations for judges and mentors to enhance community engagement.
  • Foster community development and increase industry influence.
  • Expanding and Establishing Collaborations
  • Proactively reach out to companies, laboratories, investment institutions, and communities in quantum computing, AI, and space technology to drive partnerships.
  • Build an industry ecosystem through co-hosting events, sponsorships, and technical support.
  • Attend industry conferences and offline events to expand professional networks and create more collaboration opportunities.
  • Organizing Cutting-Edge Technology Seminars
  • Plan and curate seminars, select discussion topics, and invite guest speakers to facilitate industry exchange.
  • Provide high-quality content aligned with the latest technological trends to promote community learning and development.

Requirements

  • Strong industry research abilities with deep knowledge or strong interest in quantum computing, AI, and space technology.
  • Excellent communication and business development skills, capable of independently reaching out to companies and research institutions to establish collaborations.
  • Prior experience in event planning and project management is preferred; experience organizing hackathons or technical seminars is a plus.
  • Strong execution skills with the ability to drive projects from planning to implementation.

Interview Process

  • Recruiter Call: A brief 15-30 minute discussion to go over your background and the role.
  • Team Interview: A more in-depth session lasting 45-60 minutes with the team you'll be working with, focusing on your technical skills and team fit.
  • Final Interview: A concluding interview of approximately 45 minutes that may involve higher-level management or final decision-makers.
  • All interviews will be conducted via Zoom or Google Meeting, accommodating a fully remote recruitment process to best suit candidates globally.
